Zoe Trouble is a reclaimed fabric fashion designer and the mastermind behind Rotten Panda. She was born in rural Fairbanks, Alaska. Her mother had a business teaching and making porcelain dolls, and doll clothing. Most of Zoe's early childhood was spent observing her mother's sewing and trying to replicate it on her own mini sewing machine. At the age of eight, she moved to the SF Bay Area where she attended public school and found herself emerged into a world of punk rock music and fashion. All through high school she spent her time going to thrift stores to buy what most would consider obnoxious clothing to tear up and make into something all her own. In college she took varied courses to help her finely hone her skills and learn advanced techniques. Shortly after moving to San Francisco, Zoe joined Root Division to seriously start her career in the fashion world. Since her debut fashion show in February 2006, she has started to make a name for herself by participating in other shows, helping with movie costumes, and being commissioned for a number of jobs. Zoe hopes to continue to create cutting edge designs for Rotten Panda, and eventually incorporate her welding skill with her fashion skills.
